Pastor Kedric L. McKnight

 Mr. Kedric L. McKnight is a cum-laude graduate of Texas Southern University located in Houston, Texas, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations/Criminal Justice and minored in Psychology. Mr. McKnight matriculated through Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburgh, IN and has received a Master of Arts degree from Dallas Baptist University in HR Management/Professional Development with a concentration in Leadership Management and Conflict Resolution.
 
Mr. McKnight has over twenty years of leadership and management experience. His instructional and leadership experience ranges in the disciplines of higher education, K-12 education, and federal law enforcement experience. His areas of expertise include:

  • Operational Leadership and Organizational Development
  • Diversity Inclusion and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
  • Budgeting/Fiscal Management, Policy Development, and Implementation
  • Educational Compliance, Investigations and Analytical Problem Solving
  • Public Speaking, Team Building and Leadership Coaching
 
Highlights of Mr. McKnight’s other professional, community endeavors and accolades include:

  • Founder and Senior Pastor of the New Life Bible Fellowship Church located in Grand Prairie, Texas.  
  • Biblical Hermeneutics Professor at Dallas Bible Theological Institute
  • Served as part of the FBI Task-Force as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge with the Office of Inspector General for Investigations.
  • Congressional White House letter of appreciation and encouragement from President Barack Obama for his tireless efforts in the West Dallas Community and the surrounding areas
  • Recognition in the Princeton University Review for his speech entitled, “Bridging the Gap Between Education and Economics,”

   Pastor McKnight is married to First Lady Melissa McKnight and they have 3 children, Kedric Jackson (KJ), Karson and Kora.   He enjoys family and golfing.
